Mazi Zarrehparvar

Mazi’s international career spans finance, sustainable urban development, and healthcare. An Oxford MSc graduate, he speaks regularly at economic development conferences and organizes Kellogg College’s annual sustainable finance conference, which inspired the creation of the CSD.

Marya Kato

Marya is a strategic go-to-market leader with over a decade of experience scaling technology companies through partner ecosystems and data-led growth. At the Commission, she leads marketing initiatives that bridge AI innovation with ESG accountability, helping organizations craft credible, future-proof narratives.

Cindy Rose

Cindy Rose is a sustainability and ESG expert with over 24 years’ experience. Formerly Head of Responsible Capitalism at Liontrust, she has led ESG strategy, engagement, and product design across major firms, and serves on the Oxford Commission on Sustainability Data.

Ambassador for Global Digital Innovation Network

Dr. Aleksandro Montanha

Aleksandro has a PhD in Computer Engineering and is a researcher for the Commission. In his work, Aleksandro is focused on AI, smart cities, and public policy. He leads global projects across Brazil, the UK, and South Korea and represents Brazil in the Global Digital Innovation Network.
